By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. These terms are governed by Dutch law and applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights as implemented in the Netherlands.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a country in which we deliver to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this criterion. Orders placed on behalf of businesses or organisations are also subject to these terms.

3. Products and Product Information

Teravionil is sold as a food supplement. All product information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy; however, product images are for illustrative purposes and slight variations in packaging may occur. We reserve the right to change product specifications without notice, provided that the change does not materially affect the product you have ordered.

Teravionil is not a medicinal product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

Submitting the order form on this website constitutes an offer to purchase the product. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of pricing errors or unavailability of stock, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

You are responsible for providing accurate order information, including your name, contact details, and delivery address. We cannot be held liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable Dutch VAT (BTW) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Payment methods accepted are those displayed at checkout. All payment data is processed securely by our payment service provider. We do not store payment card details.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed on business days before 14:00 on the same day. Estimated delivery times within the Netherlands are 1–2 business days. These are estimates only and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) before the withdrawal period expires. Products must be returned unopened and in original condition. Please see our Refund Policy for the full return and refund procedure.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Thexrovayx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Disclaimer Regarding Product Use

Teravionil is a food supplement intended for healthy adults. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. We make no representations that use of the product will achieve any specific personal outcome. Individual responses to dietary supplements vary. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the competent court in Almelo, Netherlands, or, for consumers, to the Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
